We are very excited to invite you to our community-focused conference, Harmony 2025 at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto Airport & Conference Centre.
When planning this conference, we were struck by a quote from our education colleague Roger Mantie, in Lee Willingham’s Community Music at the Boundaries. “The real power of community music lies not in the fiction of trying to eliminate boundaries (or pretending they don’t exist) but in embracing the challenge of “walking them”, our hope is to increase the participation of those who are marginalized, vulnerable, underrepresented or underserviced.”
Our vision for Harmony 2025 is to embrace the natural dissonances and consonances that coexist in our daily lives as musicians and music educators. By broadening our horizons we can better serve the needs of our diverse population of students.

Performance Information
Student Volunteers
Please fill out the form below to apply as a volunteer at HARMONY 2025 on November 6-8 in Toronto, Ontario. Student volunteers are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation. Conference fee and lunch will be covered by your volunteer duties.
Applications are for FULL-TIME students only who go to school at an Ontario post-secondary institution. The application must be completed by October 5, 2025. Successful applicants will be informed by October 18, 2025, at the latest. We will be accepting a maximum of five volunteers per institution. After those spots are full we will create a waitlist.
